Due to the nature of our dropshipping model, we do not accept physical returns back to our warehouse.

However, your satisfaction matters to us.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, we will send a replacement or offer a refund.


 Returns/Replacements accepted ONLY when:
The product arrives damaged
The product is defective
The wrong item was delivered
The order is missing items

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Order number
Clear photos/videos
Description of the issue


Returns NOT accepted for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size or color ordered
Items that have been worn or washed
Minor delays due to shipping

A brief description of the problem

Once the issue is verified, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Wrong size or color chosen by the customer
Minor delivery delays

 Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect in your account.
